Heard Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer that if the applicant moves regular bail application before the concerned Trial Court, the same may be considered and decided as early as possible.

It is ordered, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the applicant filed a bail application before the concerned Trial Court after surrender, the same may be considered and decided practicably as early as possible.
