1. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is in respect of non granting of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner which have been acquired for mining activities. Shri Vivek Ranjan Tiwari, Advocate, Panel Lawyer for SECL, present in the Court is directed to accept notice on behalf of the SECL.
2. According to the petitioner, he had a property around 0.052 Acres at Khasra No.101/2 and 381/2 which have been acquired for the project of respondent-SECL. According to counsel for the petitioner the entire property of the petitioner got acquired and thereby he is entitled for an employment under the rehabilitation policy, however till date no decision as such has been taken by the respondent authorities.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has and the fact that the claim of the petitioner till date has not been processed, the writ petition
-2stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to ensure that claim of the petitioner be processed in accordance with policy of providing employment to the land oustees and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
