1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.1/2016, registered at Police Station Kasdol, Distt. Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 456, 376 of the IPC and 3
(1) (xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989.
2. This is the fourth bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail.
3. Only two witnesses remain to be examined on 2nd and 3rd of December, 2016. The trial Court is directed to examine those witnesses on such date and conclude the trial expeditiously prior to 31-12-2016.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands finally disposed of.
