1. Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order has since been complied-with and he also produces the order Annexure-R/2 dated 11.10.2019 in this regard.

2. Given the fact that the respondents have passed an order, this Court is of the opinion that the direction given by this Court stands complied-with. However, in case if the petitioner/applicant is aggrieved of the subsequent order, the right of the petitioner/applicant stands reserved for challenging the same afresh in an appropriate proceeding.
