Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Teacher (LB) and entitled to be appointed as Package Coordinator but his junior has been appointed as Package Coordinator, for which, he has made representation to respondent No.3/ District Education Officer.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3/ District Education Officer is directed to consider petitioner's representation in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion of the merits of the case. 3.
