Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and thereafter, the petitioner applied for appointment on the post of Package Coordinator and he has been appointed on the said post. Subsequently, without giving any opportunity of hearing,

vide imugned order, petitioner's junior i.e. respondent No.5 has been appointed as Package Coordinator, for which, the petitioner has made representation to respondent No.3 / the Collector. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3 / Collector is directed to consider petitioner's representation in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion of the merits of the case. 3.
