This is a petition against the interim maintenance granted to the children vide order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Korba, in Case No.239 of 2016 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the children are residing with their mother and the expenses are being incurred by the father, as such, no further maintenance can be granted. It is further submitted that an application has already been filed for restoration of conjugal rights, therefore, the respondents are not entitled for any relief.

Perusal of the order dated 16.05.2016 would show that the interim maintenance of Rs.3000/- each to the children who are minor, total Rs.6000/- granted to the wife and inter se relation between the
parties that the respondent No.2 & 3 are children have not been denied.

Considering the fact that the applicant is the father, he is under a moral and pious obligation to maintain his children so that they can grow up with bright future, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order of interim maintenance granted to the children.
