2. Given the fact that the respondent has passed an order, this Court is of the opinion that the direction given by this Court stands compliedwith. However, in case if the petitioner/applicant is aggrieved of the subsequent order, the right of the petitioner/applicant stands reserved for challenging the same afresh in an appropriate proceeding.
