This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Raipur (CG), for offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.
