(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.209/2015 registered at Police Station - Devri, District Balod for the offence punishable under Section 34 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.
(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and in view of the provisions contained in Section 59-A(ii) of the C.G. Excise Act, 1915 and the fact that the applicant is involved in another criminal case being Crime No.59/2015, I am not inclined to
