Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. In view of the fact that the claim of the petitioner stands rejected, the petitioner at this juncture prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a duly constituted writ petition challenging the subsequent order.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
