1. At the outset, Mr.Animesh Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 5/State, would submit that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment has already been rejected by respondent No.2 by order dated dated 1.4.2015 and he placed the copy of that before this Court.

2. In view of that, Mr.Ajeet Kumar Yadav, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 1.4.2015 in accordance with law.

3. Copy of order dated 1.4.2015 be placed on record.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge order dated 1.4.2015 in accordance with law. No cost(s).
