1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 106/2008 registered at P.S. Kumhari, Distt. Durg (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 of IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the bail application.
