Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 24/09/2021

1. Vide communication dated 21.09.2021, It has been informed by the office of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Jagdalpur District Bastar (C.G.) that in this case the appellant has already released from the jail on 25.11.2019, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since in this matter the appellant has already released from concerned jail, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
