1. The substantial grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has not been paid his salary for the months June, 2014, February, 2016 and thereafter from July, 2017 to December, 2017 and again for the month of April and May, 2018.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that during all these period he has discharged his duties and has worked for the respondents and is otherwise entitled for the salary, which has not been paid.

3. The other grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner also has not been paid the revised pay scale and also the annual increment that he was entitled for from 2011 onwards. The contention of the

petitioner further is that he has made repeated representations in this regard to the respondents No.3 & 4, but no decision has been taken.

4. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No.3 & 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner as also the contentions raised in the representation, particularly in respect to the unpaid salary part and on verification, if it is found that the petitioner has discharged his duties for the said period and he has not been paid any salary, the said salary should be released forthwith without any further delay.

5. So far as the claim for revised pay scale and the grant of increment is concerned, the respondents are directed to decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules governing the field after due verification of the facts of the case.

6. Let this entire exercise be concluded within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
