Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the transfer order dated 1.12.2020 (Annexure P-9) whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from District Raigarh to District Bastar.

Contention of learned Counsel for Petitioner is that the Petitioner's husband is an employee of an establishment, who cannot be posted at the present place where the Petitioner has been transferred; in addition she has two years old small child to take care of apart from the parents of her husband. Further contention is that at the present place of posting she has been posted on 25.6.2019 and immediately in a short span of time she has again been transferred by the impugned transfer order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioner make an appropriate representation to Respondent No.1 within a period of fifteen days from today and the Respondent No.1 in turn shall consider her claim on merits, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
Till the representation is decided by Respondent No.1, it is ordered that there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 1.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) so far as the Petitioner is concerned.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
