1. This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 43/2014 registered in Police Station -Anti Corruption Bureau, District-Raipur, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, Section 13(1) C and 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Rules 3 & 4 of Bhandar Kray Niyam 2002, Rules 9 & 25 of the Chhattisgarh Finance Account Code.
2. This is the second application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. His earlier bail application has been dismissed on 9.3.2018 upon examination of material on record. The only ground on which second application has been filed is that other co-accused have repeated their anticipatory bail applications.
-23. That is no ground. This Court had earlier taken into consideration the nature of allegation as also material on record. Therefore, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out and the application is dismissed.
