2. The petitioner would contend that respondent No.5 has served his term as Vice Chairman of District Central Cooperative Bank

Ltd., Ambikapur for the reason that his original term in the Primary Society to which he represents has come to an end.

3. Let the petitioner move before the jurisdictional Deputy Registrar by drawing appropriate proceedings under the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 within a period of one month from today. On such application being filed, the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies shall decide the same in accordance with law.
