---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Mr. Govind Dewangan, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/06/2017 (1) The trial Court has granted Rs.3,000/- per month to the daughter/respondent No.2 herein as an interim maintenance which is upheld by the revisional Court against which this petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an interim maintenance amount granted by the trial Court to the respondent No.2 to the extent of Rs.3,000/- per month is shockingly high and it deserves to be reduced.
(3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at some length parties, I am of the considered opinion that an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month as an interim maintenance granted to the respondent No.2 cannot be said to be shockingly high warranting interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the mediation center at Family Court, Surajpur (4) Consequently, the petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage.
