1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.112/2015, registered at Police Station Sarsiwa, Distt. Baloda Bazaar, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, role of the present applicants in the offence in question and recovery of 10 Kgs. of Ganja from the applicants, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the applicants. Consequently, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
