Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 15/12/2020 1.

The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 11.11.2020 (Annexure P/1), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tehsil Rajnandgaon to Tehsil Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon.

Considering the short distance between the two place of posting, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture.

In case if the petitioner has any personal grievances in the execution of the said order, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for approaching the respondent No.2 by way of a suitable representation, which if made, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide on its own merits in accordance with the policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
