1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal that the petitioner has preferred on 13.11.2020 at the earliest.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that his services were terminated vide order dated 29.09.2020 and thereafter he has preferred an appeal before the respondent No.1 on 13.11.2020 but till date the appeal has not been decided by the appellate authority though under the standing order the appeal has to be decided within 45 days.
3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to ensure that the appeal of the petitioner is decided at the earliest preferably within a further outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
