(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.74/2014 registered at Police Station Deepka, District Korba, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 06.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5092/2014.
(4) Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that trial is on advance stage and some of the material prosecution witnesses have been examined, the application is disposed off with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
