With the consent of Learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

Vide order dated 2.7.2016 passed in M.J.C. No.313 of 2015, the Family Court, Korba has enhanced the amount of maintenance from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.7,000/- in favour of Applicant No.2/son, but has refused to enhance the amount of maintenance in favour of Applicant No.1/wife. The instant revision has been preferred for further enhancement in the amount of maintenance in favour of the Applicants.

During the course of arguments, Learned Senior Counsel
appearing for the Respondent submits that he is agree if the enhancement in the amount of maintenance for each of the Applicants is done by Rs.3,000/- per month. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants is agree for the same. 4.
In view of the above, the amount of maintenance in favour of Applicant No.1/wife is enhanced from Rs.7,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month and in favour of Applicant No.2/son it is enhanced from Rs.7,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month. This enhancement shall be effective from the date of impugned order passed by the Family Court, i.e., 2.7.2016.

Resultantly, the revision is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
