The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 31.08.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Mungeli to Koriya (CG).

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that the petitioner had recently been transferred from Malkharoda to Mungeli and on the basis of which the petitioner joined there and within a short span of time the present impugned order has now been passed. 3.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No. within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent is directed to decide the same within a period of 45 from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
