When the matter is called out for hearing in first round, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was passed over. Again, the matter is

taken-up for hearing at 2.15 p.m., then also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to respondent No.5 for lodging FIR against respondents No.6 and 7 stating inter-alia that cognizable offence under Section 420/34 of the IPC is made out against respondents No.6 and 7, but no FIR has been registered by official respondents against respondents No.6 and 7. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file complaint under Section 156(3) or complaint under Section 200 of the CrPC for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
