This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 21/2016, registered at Police Station-Ratanpur, Distt.Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC and 8 of the POSCO Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that five witnesses have already been examined and only one witness is yet to be examined, therefore, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 3.

Accordingly, the second bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
