This is the second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail. The first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed on 03.04.2014.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail by the Court, therefore, he prays that the applicant may also be granted anticipatory bail. 3.
Since this is the second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail and no change of circumstances appears to have existed as still the applicant is not arrested. As submitted that the other co-accused have been granted bail, it is observed that in such circumstances, if the applicant surrenders and moves application for grant of regular bail before the Court below having jurisdiction, the Court below shall decide the same expeditiously preferably on the same date. 4.
