The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non-decision of the appeal, which the petitioner has preferred to the respondent No.2.

According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was inflicted with an order of punishment of stoppage of one increment with non-cumulative effect for a period of one year vide order dated 28.01.2020. Against the said order the petitioner preferred an appeal before the respondent No.2 on 25.02.2020. However the said appeal has till date not been decided.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the respondent No.2 is directed to ensure that the appeal that the petitioner has preferred be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
