(2) In an application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'the Cr.P.C.') for maintenance filed by applicant No.1/wife Smt. Nisha Yadav and applicant No.2/minor son Yuvraj Yadav, the Family Court, Bilaspur, by its impugned order dated 08.09.2015, passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.329/2014 has rejected the interim maintenance application of the applicants. (3) After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, I do not

find any illegality in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction.

(4) The revision deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage. However, it would be expedient to direct the concerned Family Court to dispose of the main maintenance proceeding within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The said Court would decide the final maintenance without being influenced by finding recorded in the order dated 08.09.2015.
