Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial against the applicant and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months.
