The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : "10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce the entire records pertaining to the case and inform the Hon'ble Court about the steps been taken by the police authorities to recover the missing minor girl child of the petitioners.
10.2 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs directing the respondents authority to make all out efforts to search the missing minor girl child savitri and recover her and produce before this Hon'ble Court.
10.3 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondent to act strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of home affairs and take prompt steps to recover the
missing minor girl child and the respondents may be further directed to prosecute the abductors.
10.4 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner."

When the matter came up for consideration on 14.12.2020, following order was passed by this Court :
"Mr. Sushobhit Singh, counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, Dy.A.G. for the State. Heard.
Petitioner's counsel would submit that his 17 years old daughter Savitri is missing from 15.11.2020. Despite lodging the FIR, no steps have been taken to trace the girl and in the meanwhile, mother of the girl had received a call that she is kept somewhere in the State of Jharkhand.
Let respondent No.4 and 5 take steps for tracing the girl and submit a report before this Court, on the next date of hearing.
Post the matter on 05.01.2021."

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the whereabouts of the detenue have been traced out and that she has been handed over to the Petitioner who is the father of the detenue. In the said circumstance, no further relief is sought for, submits the learned counsel. 4.
In the above circumstance, no further orders are warranted. The writ petition stands closed.
