At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant-Omprakash in MCRC No.4300/2017 submits that applicant is not an accused in Crime No.133/2016 registered in PS-Sonhat, District-Korea(C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 409 of Indian Penal Code (for short'IPC') and Sections 3, 7 of Essential Commodities Act, hence, this application has been filed inadvertently which may be dismissed as withdrawn.
