1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a limited direction for early disposal of Criminal Case No.705 of 2014 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilha, District- Bilaspur.

2. All the criminal cases which are filed before the Court, the Magistrates are required to expeditiously dispose off the same as early as possible. The Magistrate shall do well to decide Criminal Case No.705 of 2014 as early as possible.

3. This order shall not be taken as a basis to decide the case out of turn.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
