This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1589/2019.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that he does not want to press the instant bail application. He further submitted that only one prosecution witness is to be examined, hence the direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the case within time framed.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is rejected as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
