Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 12.09.2018 1.
This is second round of litigation. The petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 14.08.2017 whereby she has been transferred from J.R. Dani Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Raipur to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Mandhar, District Raipur.
2.
This court at the outset is not inclined to entertain this writ petition for the simple reason that the distance between the two places of transfer itself is too short of distance which requires consideration of this court invoking writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Further, on the earlier occasion also when a petition was filed by the petitioner, the only relief sought for was to make a representation before the respondent authorities.
