(1) The accused/applicant has moved this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 148/2015 registered at Police Station Pipariya, Distirct - Kabirdham for the offence punishable under Sections 306 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 04.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3669/2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
