1. The only relief sought in this petition is that the petitioner who is a power of attorney holder of Sanjay Kumar Agrawal may be allowed to run the Saw Mill as the license has already been granted to Sanjay Kumar for the period from 01.1.2020 to 31.12.2022. It is contended that by letter dated 19.11.2020 (Annexure P-1), the authorities asked Sanjay Kumar Agrawal to submit the letter of authority to run the said Saw Mill by Shri Ram Lal Singh.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant thereto, the power of attorney has already been submitted, however, till date the authorities have not taken any decision on the same and the saw-mill has been seized. Under the

circumstances, the authorities may be directed to decide the representation (Annex. P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Considering the tenor of the letter Annexure P-1 and further since the submission has been made that the power of attorney has already been placed on record and thereafter the representation has been filed, respondents 2 & 3 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
