1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 14.08.2019. Vide the said impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from District Hospital Bilaspur to the District Hospital, Jashpur.

2. The main ground of challenge is that the petitioner has got only 5 months of service left for his superannuation and pension papers

-2also have already been started to be processed and therefore at this juncture transferring the petitioner to a far off place may create administrative problems for releasing all his pension and retiral dues timely.

3. Given the said facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No. 1 in this regard within a period of 10 days from today and respondent No. 1 in turn shall consider the same and decide the representation within a period of 45 days.

4. Till then, the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 14.08.2019 remain stayed.
