This is a second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.26/2020, registered at Police Station Chilfi, District - Kabirdham C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the second bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
