(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 417/2014 registered at Police Station Kanker, District North Bastar for the offences punishable under Sections 39, 44, 48(A), 49(B) & 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 23.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1300/2015 .
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
