This is the second round of litigation. Earlier the petitioner approached to this Court by way of filing WPC No. 3442 of 2018 on the ground that she was not allowed to pay the registration/ examination fees by online mode. Wherein this Court by order dated 11.12.2018 had directed the respondent to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination by depositing the respective fees by way of on-line or manual mode. Subsequently, she was allowed to pay the amount of registration/ examination fees on the same day i.e. 11.12.2018. Thereafter, she was allowed to appear in the theory examination. It is contended that by the time the amount of registration/ examination fees was deposited

for the theory examination the practical examinations were over. Therefore, the respondent may be directed to conduct the practical examination.

Perused the earlier order 11.12.2018 passed in WPC No. 3442 of 2018 the object of the order is to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination and not in part. Incidentally, as it is stated that when the order was passed on 11.12.2018 the practical examinations were over and it has been contended that the practical examinations are numbering in 3, the respondent is directed to conduct the practical examinations of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter the petitioner may be allowed to pay the registration/ examination fees either on-line or manual mode for 3rd semester.
