Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 12/12/2018 Earlier application for grant of bail was rejected by this Court on 13/04/2018. This application has been moved mainly on the ground of delay in trial. Looking to the amount involved, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is therefore rejected. The applicant may revive the bail application after three months clearly stating regarding progress of the trial.
