The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 102/2015 registered in Police Station Rajpur, Civil and Revenue Disrict Balrampur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 429 of the IPC, Section 4, 6, 20 (A.B.C.D.E) C.G. Krishak Pashu Parirakhhan Adhiniyam 2004 and Section 11 of the Pashu Krurta Adhiniyam 1960.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has not committed any offence. He submits that similarly placed co-accused has been released on bail in M.Cr.C. No.5086/2015 on 22/09/2015, therefore, applicant may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel however do not dispute the fact that

similarly placed co-accused has been released on bail in M.Cr.C. No.5086/2015.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

Having regard to the fact that similarly placed co-accused has been released on bail in M.Cr.C. No.5086/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
