Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the original writ petition due to mistake of the counsel, the name of the petitioner has been shown as Kantilal Sahu whereas it is Krantilal Sahu, therefore, the same may be corrected.

Considering the same, the name of the petitioner be read as Krantilal Sahu in place of Kantilal Sahu. Suitable amendment be carried out in the original writ petition.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed off.
