1. The applicants have preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 07.02.2021 in connection with Crime No. 04/2021 registered in Police Station- Gaindatola, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn, however liberty was granted to applicants to file afresh as and when occasion arises vide common order dated 15.07.2021 passed in M.Cr.Cs. No. 2656 & 4250 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application, however, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, looking to the period of custody of the applicants, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Sd/- (Gautam Chourdiya) Judge vatti
