The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.368/2016 registered in Police Station Tikrapara Civil and Revenue District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 379/34 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that a report was made by Manager of Sparsh Auto Mobile Pvt. Limited Company that one Swift Car which was being shown to the customer as demo was missing and subsequently on investigation it was revealed that the applicant along with other co-accused has committed the offence.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a report was made against unknown person, no allegations have been attributed to the present applicant. He further submits that the applicant is in jail since 30/01/2017, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail and would submit that as many as there are 8 cases of the like nature to the credit of the applicant right from 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of cases pending against the applicant, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
