The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.263/2020, registered at Police Station Navagarh, District Janjgir-Champa (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application.
