2. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.618/2019, registered at Police Station Ambikapur, Distt: Surguja, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
3. Learned counsel for the application seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.
4. Prayer allowed.
