Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 29/10/2021 1) Heard on I.A. No. 01/2021, application for condonation of delay of 4197 days in filing the present revision.

2) The applicant/husband has filed the instant revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act against the oder dated 13/01/2010 passed by the Family Court Bilaspur in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 285/2007 directing the applicant to pay a sum of Rs. 800/- per month to the respondent No. 1.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a Labour, he had gone out for his livelihood and was not aware of the legal proceedings. Therefore, the present revision could not be filed within time. This apart he submits that the COVID-19

Pandemic also caused further delay in filing the revision. 4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fact that the impugned order was passed on 13/01/2010 whereas the reasons assigned by the applicant for such delay do not appear to be proper and acceptable. The application I.A. No. 01/2021, for condonation of delay is hereby rejected.
